Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how pk7i collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of its Players and website visitors. pk7i is committed to safeguarding your privacy in full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
How pk7i Handles Your Data
These highlights summarize our core data practices. The full Privacy Policy below contains the complete and binding details. Please read all sections carefully.
Data Collection Is Purposeful
pk7i only collects personal data that is necessary for the specific, declared purpose — account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance under PAGCOR and AMLA requirements. We do not collect data beyond what these purposes require.
NPC-Compliant Data Protection
pk7i's data practices comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission. Filipino players have enforceable rights over their personal data, including the right to access, correct, and request erasure.
No Sale of Personal Data
pk7i does not sell, rent, or commercially trade your personal data to any third party. Data shared with third-party service providers is strictly limited to what is necessary for service delivery, and those providers are contractually bound to the same data protection standards.
256-Bit Encryption in Transit
All personal data transmitted between your device and pk7i's servers is protected using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit encryption. Login credentials, payment details, and identity documents are never transmitted in plain text. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct inaccuracies, to object to processing, to request erasure, and to data portability. pk7i honors all valid data subject requests within the timelines required by the NPC.
Breach Notification Commitment
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected individuals, pk7i will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected Players within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03 on data breach management.
Scope & Application
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by pk7i in connection with the delivery of its online gaming, sports betting, live dealer, sabong, bingo, and related services accessible at pk7i.cam. It applies to all current and former Players, prospective Players who have initiated but not completed registration, and visitors to the pk7i website who do not hold a registered account.
This Privacy Policy should be read alongside the pk7i Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and together form the complete framework governing your relationship with pk7i. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and any other pk7i document with respect to data privacy matters, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, payment platforms (such as GCash or Maya/PayMaya), or game software providers that may be accessible through or linked from the pk7i Platform. Those third parties operate under their own independent privacy policies, which we encourage you to review separately.
Data Controller Identity
pk7i is the data controller responsible for personal data collected and processed through the pk7i Platform. As data controller, pk7i determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that such processing complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and all applicable NPC issuances.
pk7i has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required under the Data Privacy Act. The DPO is responsible for overseeing pk7i's data protection compliance, handling data subject requests, and serving as the point of contact with the National Privacy Commission. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Privacy Policy.

You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another controller, where technically feasible.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to pk7i's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. pk7i will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and respond substantively within thirty (30) calendar days, consistent with NPC guidelines. If you are unsatisfied with pk7i's response to a data subject request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, the competent supervisory authority under the Data Privacy Act.
Children & Minors — 21+ Only

Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account suspended immediately, and all personal data collected in connection with that account will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has accessed the pk7i Platform or provided personal information without your consent, please contact pk7i's Data Protection Officer immediately at the contact details in Section 15. pk7i will take prompt action to verify the situation and, if confirmed, delete the relevant data without undue delay.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
pk7i's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where technical or operational necessity requires your personal data to be transferred to, processed by, or accessed from servers or service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, in connection with international game software providers or cloud infrastructure services — pk7i ensures that such transfers comply with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable NPC regulations on cross-border data flows.
Such transfers are made only where the destination country provides an adequate level of data protection, or where adequate safeguards — including contractual data processing agreements incorporating NPC-recognized standard clauses — are in place with the receiving party. pk7i does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions where adequate protection cannot be ensured.

Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players by email to their registered address and through a prominent notice on the pk7i Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
