Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the pk7i website, mobile-accessible interface, and all associated gaming services operated at pk7i.cam.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the pk7i Platform.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the pk7i Platform and meets the eligibility requirements set out herein.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's pk7i Account wallet for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cashable promotional value credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and supervises pk7i's gaming operations.
• "GCash" and "Maya / PayMaya" refer to the Philippine electronic money transfer and payment services used as primary deposit and withdrawal channels on the pk7i Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction applied to a Player's Account that prevents access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the pk7i Platform, creating a Player Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the pk7i Platform, including registration, deposit, gameplay, bonus participation, withdrawal, and customer support interactions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk7i Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and pk7i.

If you are accessing the pk7i Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you and that person jointly.

To be eligible to register and maintain a pk7i Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a resident of or be physically located within a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling, casino gaming, and sports betting is legal;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the pk7i Platform is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pk7i, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary (through pk7i's own tools) or imposed by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

pk7i reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to pk7i's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full.

To access real-money games and services on pk7i, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if circumstances change.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) pk7i Account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the device, email address, phone number, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

pk7i is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to submit, upon request and without undue delay:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (driver's license, PhilSys National ID, passport, PRC ID, UMID, or SSS ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by pk7i or required under applicable Philippine law.

pk7i accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pk7i does not charge transaction fees on e-wallet deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing are processed under pk7i's standard processing commitment of one (1) to two (2) hours for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification, where a Player's account is under review, or during periods of exceptional withdrawal volume.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of pk7i;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's verified Real Money Balance;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balance must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of funds derived from bonus play;
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method registered to the Player's verified identity;
• pk7i reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds, as required under AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.

pk7i does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits found to have originated from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant pk7i Account suspended pending investigation.

pk7i offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion;
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion;
• pk7i reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any bonus offer where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed;
• Players may only participate in a given promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• pk7i reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonus offers are available to Players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed the standard registration process.

All games available on the pk7i Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published for each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money. pk7i's games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant live gaming studio provider.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages certified by independent testing laboratories. Actual session results may vary materially from published RTP figures. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Gaming involves inherent financial risk.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, pk7i reserves the right to void affected game rounds. Any wager placed during a period of confirmed technical malfunction will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. pk7i is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side, including but not limited to mobile network interruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age;
• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one pk7i Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using any software, tool, algorithm, or automated process to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA) or PAGCOR regulations;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward pk7i support staff or other platform users;
• Any form of collusion in card games or live dealer environments;
• Attempting to access, circumvent, or tamper with the Platform's security infrastructure;
• Accessing the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order.

pk7i is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Players' welfare seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause personal or financial harm, we encourage Players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available through their Account or to seek professional support.

pk7i provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly);
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly);
• Session time reminders and automatic session timeout;
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days);
• Temporary account suspension;
• Permanent self-exclusion.

A Player who activates Self-Exclusion agrees not to attempt to access the pk7i Platform during the exclusion period by any means. Any winnings accumulated during an active Self-Exclusion period may be voided. pk7i will take reasonable steps to prevent circumvention of Self-Exclusion; however, the Player bears primary responsibility for compliance with their own exclusion request.

All content on the pk7i Platform — including but not limited to the pk7i brand name, logo, game software, graphics, text, user interface design, promotional materials, and underlying technology — is the proprietary intellectual property of pk7i or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any pk7i intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk7i Platform without the prior written consent of pk7i. Unauthorized use of pk7i's intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement and give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk7i's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pk7i Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk7i shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from the Player's own failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses caused by technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors on the Player's device or network;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or other circumstances beyond pk7i's reasonable control.

pk7i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable time;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• pk7i is required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other competent authority;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A duplicate account has been identified.

In the event of Account closure for a breach of these Terms, pk7i reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or breach of AMLA requirements is confirmed, any Real Money Balance pending investigation and regulatory reporting. Verified Real Money Balances not subject to fraud investigations will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following Account closure.

pk7i collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By registering an Account on pk7i, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AMLA compliance, responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Please review the full Privacy Policy for details on your rights as a data subject, including your right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9287 (the Anti-Illegal Numbers Games Act), Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), the Civil Code of the Philippines, and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be referred to pk7i's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.

pk7i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

Your continued use of the pk7i Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at pk7i.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date noted at the top of the document.

pk7i aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt, consistent with PAGCOR's player dispute resolution guidelines.
